1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below the free-shipping limit will incur a nominal delivery fee displayed at checkout.

1.4 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

1.5 Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is available for select products (additional charges apply).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Certain products such as perishable items, personal care products, and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sale products.
  • Customized or personalized items.

2.3 Return Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-shipping the product.

2.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

2.5 Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
