1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.
1.3 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Orders below the free-shipping limit will incur a nominal delivery fee displayed at checkout.
1.4 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
1.5 Delivery Areas
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is available for select products (additional charges apply).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Certain products such as perishable items, personal care products, and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sale products.
- Customized or personalized items.
2.3 Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-shipping the product.
2.4 Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
2.5 Exchange Policy
- If you need a different size, color, or product, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
